At ERP FM we have developed an account management system that gives company owners a huge array of micro-management options so you can have control over what your employees, customers and suppliers can view and interact with when using our Enterprise Resource Planning product.

Restricted Administration Information

Utilizing the restricted administrators function within your installation enables you to micro manage which systems the specific contact can access and interact with. Please note that all accounts come with complete mobile access to the options that exist for a ‘Regular Access’ account and these features cannot be retracted.

Changes happen in real time

As you make changes within the account management the changes happen in real-time for the contact, this means if you change their permissions from the levels they will receive all corresponding changes in browser immediately and e-mail alerts to that effect.

What happens when you change permissions?

The system remembers each individuals restricted administration menu configuration so if you was to change a contacts existing level and then later revert back to restricted it will load up the previous settings you had for said contact.

When is two-factor authentication utilized?

Two-factor authentication swings into action based on administration accounts for both full and restricted, but not for regular access. When it comes to regular access accounts, these accounts have only task information that contains to that specific user and there is no requirement to add extra measures of security, having said that we still assert the same pressure and standards of security on these accounts and any malicious or odd behavior detected by the system will result in password resets and two-factor being executed for regular access contacts.

History Logging with ERP

Every aspect of the system is logged in some form, and it’s no different with tabs, on this tab you can find information relating to which tabs have been opened, for additional information about activity within that tab you should consult the history logs of the particular tab mentioned.
