ERPfm is an independent, advertising-supported site — there’s no support desk or ticketing system behind it, just an inbox at support@erpfm.com. If you’ve found a bug in one of the calculators, spotted an error in a guide, or want to suggest a tool that’s missing, that’s the address to use.

What’s useful to include

• Tool feedback: name the calculator (for example the ERP ROI Calculator or the ERP TCO Calculator) and, if the numbers look wrong, the inputs you used.
• Content corrections:link the page and describe what’s inaccurate or out of date.
• Technical issues: your browser and device, and what you were doing when it broke.
• Tool or guide requests:what you’re trying to calculate or figure out that isn’t covered yet.

What this isn’t

This isn’t a consulting line. We read every message, but we can’t give personalized advice on your ERP budget, vendor contract, or implementation plan — for that, talk to a qualified consultant or your vendor directly. We also can’t promise a reply by any particular time; a small site like this one gets answered around other work, not on a service-level clock.
